By downloading, installing, or using the LastDone mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

LastDone is a task tracking and habit management application designed to help users monitor their recurring tasks and habits. The App operates entirely on your device and syncs data through your personal iCloud account.

• Local data storage with iCloud sync
• Reminder notifications
• Progress visualization

License and Usage Rights

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on your iOS devices.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device and iCloud account
• Backing up your data (though iCloud sync provides automatic backup)
• Using the App in accordance with these Terms
• Ensuring your device meets the App's system requirements

Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. The App:

• Does not collect any personal information
• Stores all data locally on your device and in your personal iCloud
• Has no backend servers or data collection systems
• Operates entirely within Apple's ecosystem

Purchases and Payments

LastDone offers both free and pro features:

• Free version: Track up to 3 tasks
• Pro version: Unlimited task tracking for $4.99

All purchases are processed through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We do not process payments directly or store payment information.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of your use of the App.

App Store Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to the App Store's Terms of Service. In case of any conflict between these Terms and the App Store's terms, the App Store's terms shall prevail for App Store-related matters.

Updates and Changes

We may update the App from time to time to:

• Add new features or improve existing ones
• Fix bugs or security issues
• Ensure compatibility with new iOS versions

We may also modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Since the App operates entirely on your device without any backend services, we cannot remotely terminate your access. However, if you violate these Terms, your license to use the App is revoked, and you should discontinue use. Your data will remain on your device and in your iCloud regardless.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
